Terms of Service for Evex

Welcome to Evex. By accessing our website and subscribing to our design packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services & Subscriptions

Evex provides creative design, branding, and web development services. By subscribing to our Starter, Growth, or Pro plans (billed monthly or yearly), you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written contract.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Our Work: All source files, assets, and final designs created for your project remain the intellectual property of Evex until full payment is received.

Client Ownership: Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of the final approved designs, logos, and website structures is fully transferred to the client. Evex retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate briefs, text, and necessary feedback in a timely manner. Evex is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of communication or delayed assets from the client's side.

4. Limitation of Liability

Evex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits) arising out of the use or inability to use our deliverables.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services and website hosting connection if subscription payments are overdue or if terms are violated.
